Support for seniors

As Canada pension day approaches, we want seniors to know that we are still here to help them.

If your pension cheque is automatically deposited to your account and you are unfamiliar with online banking please call your branch and we will be happy to assist you with your bill payments.

If you do not have ATM card, please call your branch to discuss setting one up.

If you receive a physical cheque which needs to be cashed, please use our ATM or Deposit anywhere feature but please call your branch for details on processing before doing so. We will work with you to ensure you have access to your funds.

Contact us before coming to the branch to discuss your account, in doing so we may be able to save you a trip to the branch!

If you know a senior having difficulty doing their banking please encourage them to call their financial institution.
