Change to login requirements for MemberDirect Online service.

In an effort to provide a superior online banking experience of Credit Unions, there has been a change to the login requirements for MemberDirect® online service. The 6th and 7th digit of your 8 digit account number indicates the account type. When entering your Account Number, required for your MemberDirect® online service login, all members must enter "00" as the account type to successfully login to MemberDirect® online service. All joint customer-owners have the option of login with "01", "02", or "03" as your account type provided you have your own password established for accessing MemberDirect® online service. Joint owners looking to establish a password for MemberDirect® online service should visit their branch and speak with our staff. This requirement is effective October 28, 2009.
